 Michael D. Petersen - I was raised in a small farming community just outside Salt Lake City, Utah. I attended dental school at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. After graduation, I attended a General Practice Residency with US Air Force, which taught me many valuable skills and techniques that can not be learned anywhere else.
The Cerec CAD/CAM system allows me to preserve tooth structure while still offering a crown in 1 visit. After bleaching your teeth, we can place veneers, implants, crowns, do orthodontics, whatever it takes to give you the smile you want and deserve. I've been studying and perfecting my skills in dentistry since 1985. I love working with children and people. I've been married since 1981 and have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. |
 Anna Marie Geving- I was raised in Denver suburbs with my early years in the Westminster/Arvada area. I went to Colorado State University in Fort Collins and then to the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Dentistry. Although I am a general practitioner, I particularly enjoy pediatrics, implant dentistry, and cosmetics. I also have additional training in those areas and attend many continuing education courses thru out the year. My primary dental focus is on prevention and maintaining a healthy mouth and beautiful smile. I believe that nothing manmade can adequately replace "God-given" tooth structure. I love the challenging cosmetic and functional demands in re-building a smile by combining implants, veneers, and crowns. I have a fantastic job because working with people is what I enjoy most. Meet the Staff
Angie- I’m a newer team member with Parker Family Dental and have been with the practice since 2009. I graduated from the University of Wyoming as a registered dental hygienist with licensure in both nitrous oxide and local anesthetic. I enjoy working here because of the patient-friendly atmosphere and the quality of care we deliver. I get a great deal of satisfaction when I see patients and I have the opportunity to help with their oral health needs. During my free time, I enjoy spending time in the mountains hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and backpacking.
Becky- I have been with Parker Family Dental since 2008. I am currently part of the front office team. Being part of the Parker Community, I have very much enjoyed getting to know and see patients that are my neighbors and friends. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my family. We love to go bowling and hiking in the mountains.
Christie- I've been a dental hygienist with Parker Family Dental since 2010. I grew up in Minnesota but also lived in New Mexico and Arizona. I moved to Colorado in 2010 for the mountains. I spend my spare time with family and friends and enjoy skiing with my daughter.
Dianne- I have been with Parker Family Dental since 2007. I have practiced as a dental hygienist for 35 years. I enjoy my profession because of the positive impact I can have on helping my patients achieve optimal dental health which directly affects general health. I have been blessed with three grown children all residing in the Denver area. My personal interests include walking, skiing, and spending time with my beautiful grandchildren.
Joanne- I've been a dental hygienist with Parker Family Dental since 2002. I love my job because of the patients. I grew up in Buffalo, NY, but have lived in Colorado since 1997. I have 4 amazing children and an incredible son-in-law. In my spare time I enjoy training for marathons, spending time with my husband and family, and church activities.
Katherine- I am part of the front office team. I really enjoy meeting new people and helping to make patients’ visits a positive experience. In my spare time I do interior design and like to spend as much time as possible in the mountains of Grand Lake, Colorado. I have been married for 25 years and have two grown children.
Kathy- I have worked with Parker Family Dental since 1993. I started working as an assistant for Dr. Petersen for my first 8 years and I’m presently part of the front office team. I enjoy Parker Family Dental because I have worked with great people, and come to know many of our patients very well. Through the years I have made many great friends. Some of the things I love to do are spend time with my family (especially my grandchildren), riding horses and camping.
Katie- I have been assisting Dr. Geving since 2005. At Parker Family Dental I get to meet new people every day, hear their stories, and watch their faces after a smile makeover. I've been married for 11 years and have 2 children. In my spare time I like to go camping and ride horses with my kids.
Marianne- I am a dental assistant and have been working with Parker Family Dental since 2007. Prior to being a dental assistant, I worked the front desk for my husband who was a dentist. My husband was the man who introduced Drs. Petersen and Geving. I was once a Jr. High School teacher, but dental assisting is more fun. My three grown sons were raised in Parker. I enjoy spending my free time with my grandson, reading, biking, traveling and quilting.
Sandi- I am a dental assistant and have been working for Parker Family Dental since 2010. Prior to being a dental assistant, I was a leasing and marketing consultant for the apartment industry. I have been a patient of Parker Family Dental since 1997. I am married and have a son.
Stacy- I’ve worked with Parker Family Dental for 15 Years. I’m a Dental Hygienist. I have been a hygienist for 35 years. With Parker Family Dental I get to meet nice people everyday and have made good friendships along the way. To be able to help better their dental health is a great part of my day. When I’m not at work I like to garden, go to the mountains with family, and spend time with my three grown children and my husband of 35 years.
Susan- I have been Dr. Petersen’s Dental Assistant for 12 years. It is fun working at Parker Family Dental because of all the families we meet and get to know over the years. When not at work I love to Jazzercise. I also enjoy decorating and spending time with my family. I have two grown boys both in college, and have been married for 23 years.
